We want you to be completely satisfied with SendyScale. That's why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our platform purchase.

Eligible for Refund

✓ SendyScale Platform Purchase

If you purchased the SendyScale platform and are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase
  • You must provide the email address used for the purchase
  • You must provide a reason for the refund (helps us improve)

Not Eligible for Refund

✗ Done-For-You (DFY) Services

Due to the custom nature of our Done-For-You services, these purchases are non-refundable. Once work has begun on your project, refunds cannot be issued.

The following are also not eligible for refunds:

  • Done-For-You (DFY) setup and migration services
  • Custom development or consulting services
  • Requests made after the 14-day period
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • AWS SES costs (billed directly by Amazon)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@sendyscale.com
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide the email address used for your purchase
  4. Include your reason for requesting a refund

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request:

  • We will review your request within 2 business days
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
  • Your account access will be revoked upon refund processing
